At Kaiserawa, every item is custom-printed just for you. Because of the made-to-order nature of our products, we are unable to offer returns or exchanges for reasons such as incorrect size, color preference, or change of mind.

However, we stand behind the quality of our work. If there is an issue with your order, we will make it right.


1. Non-Returnable Products

Please note: We do not accept returns or exchanges unless the item you received is defective, damaged, or significantly different from what you ordered.

All of our products — including t-shirts, hoodies, sweatshirts, mugs, posters, 3D shirts, and other custom-printed items — are made to order and cannot be restocked or resold.


2. Eligible Cases for Refund or Replacement

You may request a refund or replacement if:

  • You received the wrong product

  • The product is defective or damaged upon arrival

  • The design or print is materially different from what was shown on the product page

  • Your order is lost in transit (verified by tracking)


3. Time Frame for Requests

To be eligible, you must contact us within 7 days of receiving your order. After this period, we may no longer be able to assist.


4. Required Documentation

Please include the following in your refund or replacement request:

  • Your order number

  • Clear photos of the product(s) and the issue (e.g., damage, misprint)

  • Description of the problem

Send all requests to [email protected]. We will review your claim within 2 business days.


5. Refund or Replacement Process

If your claim is approved, we will:

  • Issue a replacement item at no extra cost, or

  • Process a full or partial refund to your original payment method (depending on the issue)

We reserve the right to determine whether a refund or replacement is more appropriate based on the issue.


6. What Is Not Covered

We do not offer refunds or replacements for the following situations:

  • Buyer’s remorse or change of mind

  • Choosing the wrong size or color

  • Minor color variation due to screen calibration

  • Shipping delays caused by carrier or customs

  • Entering an incorrect shipping address during checkout


7. Lost or Stolen Packages

If your tracking shows “Delivered” but you haven’t received the package:

  • First, check with neighbors or your local post office

  • If the package is still missing, contact us. While we are not responsible for stolen packages, we will do our best to assist you


8. Shipping Fees

Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the item was returned due to our error.


9. Exchanges

We do not process exchanges for size, color, or design preferences. Please double-check your size and order details before confirming your purchase. Size guides are available on all product pages.
