Kaiserawa respects the intellectual property rights of others and expects our users and partners to do the same. It is our policy to respond promptly to all valid claims of copyright infringement in accordance with the Digital Millennium Copyright Act (DMCA), 17 U.S.C. § 512.
1. Copyright Policy Statement
All content available on Kaiserawa, including t-shirt, sweatshirt, hoodie, mug, poster, 3D apparel, and other printed products, is either:

Provided by our in-house creative team,

Sourced under proper licensing or,

Uploaded by users who have affirmed that they own or have rights to the designs.
We do not tolerate any form of copyright violation, and we actively work to remove infringing content upon proper notice.
2. Filing a DMCA Takedown Notice
If you are a copyright owner (or are authorized to act on behalf of one), and you believe that your intellectual property has been used on Kaiserawa in a way that constitutes copyright infringement, you may send us a DMCA takedown notice.
To be effective under 17 U.S.C. § 512(c)(3), your written notice must include:

A physical or electronic signature of the copyright owner or authorized agent;

3. How We Respond
Upon receipt of a valid DMCA notice:

We will promptly remove or disable access to the allegedly infringing content.

We will notify the content uploader, if applicable.

If the uploader believes the content was removed in error, they may submit a counter-notice under § 512(g) of the DMCA.
Repeat violations may result in account suspension or permanent ban from our platform.

6. Counter-Notification Procedure
If you believe your content was wrongly removed or disabled, you may submit a written counter-notification that includes:

Your name, address, telephone number, and a statement that you consent to the jurisdiction of the U.S. District Court for your judicial district
