1. Order Cancellation & Modification Policy

Since our products are made-to-order, production begins shortly after an order is placed.

  • Cancellation: You may cancel your order for a full refund within 12 hours of purchase. After this period, we may have already started the printing process, and the order can no longer be canceled.

  • Modification: If you need to change your shipping address, size, or design, please contact us at [email protected] within 12 hours. Once an order is in production or has been shipped, modifications are not possible.

  • How to Cancel/Modify: Simply email us with your Order Number and the specific request.

2. 30-Day Free Returns

We offer a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

  • To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging.

  • We accept returns for various reasons, including defective items, incorrect sizing, or if the product does not meet your expectations.

3. No Return Costs (100% Free)

We believe in a stress-free shopping experience. Therefore:

  • Return Shipping is FREE: Customers will not have to pay for return shipping labels or any restocking fees.

  • Zero Hidden Charges: There are no additional costs associated with returning your product. We will provide you with a pre-paid return shipping label once your return request is approved.

4. How to Start a Return

  1. Your Order Number (e.g., #12345).

  2. Clear photos of the item (if the item is damaged or incorrect).

  3. The reason for the return.

Once your return is accepted, we will send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package.

5. Refund Timeline

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval of your refund.

  • Processing Time: Approved refunds will be processed immediately.

  • Reflecting in Account: The refund will be credited back to your original payment method. Please note that it typically takes 3 to 7 business days for the funds to appear in your account, depending on your bank or financial institution.

6. Damaged or Incorrect Items

Please inspect your order upon reception. If the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, contact us immediately so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right with a free replacement or a full refund.
