All products at Kaiserawa are custom-made specifically for you. Production begins immediately after your order is confirmed.

  • Standard Processing: 2 to 5 business days.

  • Peak Seasons: During holidays or high-demand sales, processing may take up to 7 business days.

  • Note: Business days are Monday through Friday, excluding public holidays.

2. Estimated Shipping Time

Once your order is fulfilled and handed over to the carrier, estimated delivery times are as follows:

  • United States: 4–7 business days.

  • Canada: 7–14 business days.

  • Europe: 7–21 business days.

  • Australia & New Zealand: 10–21 business days.

  • Other International: 10–30 business days.

  • Please note: These are estimates. Actual delivery may vary due to local postal services or customs procedures.

3. Shipping Rates

Special Offer for United States (Domestic):

  • FREE Standard Shipping on all orders of $75.00 or more (shipped within the United States).

  • For U.S. orders under $75.00: $6.99 for the first item, plus $1.99 for each additional item.

International Shipping Rates:
