As each product at Kaiserawa is custom-made (Print-on-Demand), the following applies:

  • Authorization: By placing an order, you authorize us to charge your selected payment method for the total amount, including shipping fees and taxes.

  • Charging Time: Your payment is charged immediately at the time of purchase to initiate the production process.

4. Order Verification & Fraud Prevention

To protect our community from unauthorized transactions:

  • We reserve the right to flag or cancel any order that appears suspicious or fraudulent.

  • In some cases, we may request additional verification via email or phone before fulfilling high-value orders.

  • Unpaid or flagged transactions will be canceled after 48 hours if no verification is provided.

5. Discounts and Promotions

  • Promo Codes: Discount codes must be entered at the time of checkout. They cannot be applied retroactively once an order has been placed.

  • Price Adjustments: We do not offer price matching or adjustments if an item goes on sale after your purchase date.
