At Kaiserawa, each product is custom-made through print-on-demand technology. This means production begins shortly after you place your order. To ensure the fastest fulfillment and delivery, we follow a strict cancellation and modification policy outlined below.

1. You Have 3 Hours to Make Changes

You may request to cancel or modify your order within 3 hours of placing it.

If you need to change the size, color, address, or even cancel the order, please email us as soon as possible at:

⏳ Requests received after the 3-hour window may not be honored, as your order could already be in production.

2. What Can Be Modified Within 3 Hours

If your request is made within the 3-hour timeframe, we may be able to help with:

  • Shipping address changes

  • Full order cancellation and refund

3. What Cannot Be Changed After 3 Hours

Once the 3-hour window has passed:

  • Cancellations are no longer guaranteed

  • Modifications cannot be applied

  • Orders may already be printed, packed, or shipped

4. Custom & Personalized Orders

For orders with custom designs or personalization, please note:

  • All customization is final once submitted

  • We cannot modify or cancel these items after the 3-hour window

  • Product unavailability

  • Suspected fraud

  • Payment failure
