All Kaiserawa products are made-to-order. Production begins as soon as your order is confirmed. Please allow:

  • 2 to 5 business days for order processing and fulfillment.

  • Up to 7 business days during peak times (e.g., holidays, sales).


2. Estimated Shipping Time

Delivery times depend on the destination and shipping carrier. Average shipping timeframes:

  • United States: 4–7 business days

  • Canada: 7–14 business days

  • Europe: 7–21 business days

  • Australia & New Zealand: 10–21 business days

  • Other International: 10–30 business days

Please note: These are estimated times and may vary due to local postal services, customs clearance, or force majeure events.


3. Shipping Rates

Shipping fees are calculated based on destination and item quantity. Below are the standard rates per region:

🇺🇸 United States (Domestic)

  • First item: $6.99

  • Each additional item: +$1.50

🇨🇦🇦🇺 Canada, Australia & New Zealand

  • First item: $8.99

  • Each additional item: +$2.50

🌍 Other International Destinations

  • First item: $11.99

  • Each additional item: +$2.50

Shipping charges are displayed at checkout. All fees are shown in USD.


4. Shipping Methods & Carriers

We use reliable carriers based on location and product type, including:

  • USPS, UPS, FedEx, DHL, Asendia

The shipping method is automatically selected to ensure fast and cost-efficient delivery.


5. Tracking Your Order

  • If returned to us, we will re-ship only after receiving updated address information and an additional shipping fee.

For international orders:

  • All import duties, taxes, and customs fees are the responsibility of the recipient.

  • These are not included in the item price or shipping cost.

9. Unclaimed or Undeliverable Packages

If a package is returned to us as unclaimed or undeliverable:

  • You may request re-delivery (additional shipping charges apply).
