1. ORDER & PRODUCTION

How long does it take to process my order? Since all Kaiserawa products are custom-made to order, processing and production usually take 2 to 5 business days. During peak holiday seasons, this may extend up to 7 business days.

Can I modify or cancel my order? Yes, but you must contact us at [email protected] within 12 hours of placing your order. After this window, the item enters production and cannot be modified or canceled.

2. SHIPPING & DELIVERY

Where do you ship to? We ship worldwide, including the United States, Canada, Europe, Australia, and many other international destinations.

How much does shipping cost?

  • United States: We offer FREE SHIPPING on orders over $75.00. For orders under $75, shipping starts at $6.99.

  • International: Shipping rates start at $8.99 for Canada, Australia, and New Zealand, and $11.99 for the rest of the world. Free shipping is currently only applicable to orders within the United States.

What are the estimated delivery times?

  • USA: 4–7 business days.

  • Canada/Europe: 7–21 business days.

  • International: 10–30 business days. (Note: These are estimates. Total delivery time = Processing time + Shipping time).

3. PAYMENTS & BILLING

What payment methods do you accept? We accept all major credit cards (Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover) and PayPal.

Is my payment information secure? Absolutely. All transactions are processed through SSL-encrypted gateways. We do not store your credit card or financial information.

4. RETURNS & REFUNDS

What is your return policy? We offer a 30-day free return policy. If you are unhappy with your purchase or the item is defective, you can return it within 30 days of receipt for a full refund or replacement.

Do I have to pay for return shipping? No. At Kaiserawa, return shipping is 100% FREE. If your return is approved, we will provide you with a pre-paid shipping label.

When will I receive my refund? Once approved, your refund will be processed immediately. It usually takes 3 to 7 business days for the funds to reflect in your original payment method.

5. PRODUCT QUALITY

What printing technology do you use? We use high-quality Dye Sublimation and modern printing technologies to ensure vibrant colors that will not fade or peel after multiple washes.

How should I care for my custom mugs/apparel? Our ceramic mugs are microwave and dishwasher-safe. For apparel, we recommend washing in cold water and drying on a low-heat setting to preserve the print longevity.
